Okay, New Site Online

     The new home of HEADTHORAXABDOMEN is up at http://headthoraxabdomen.com. That will be the new site, so check there from now on. As a way to celebrate, you can download 4 new Simpler instruments from my world renowned cell phone the Nokia X1.
     You may remember the last iteration sounded pretty good. I discovered 4 more instrument tones hiding in a "game" called Keyboard Master. Guitar, Violin, Flute and Piano. Digital and lo-fi with the usual cast of audio effects folded into and Instrument Rack with macro controls. Head over to the new site to download and as always let me know if you use them to make any tracks.

New Blog, New Instruments

I've got a few new Ableton instruments in the works and I'll be moving the site over to a new location at the weekend as I got my computer back from the shop last night. New logic board, same sticky trackpad. In the meantime, here's an excellent song because I'm feeling grim with hope for our useless futures.

New Blog Soon

Migrating the blog to a dedicated site. Computer will be back in hand with a new logic board by the end of the week and I'll be updating to the new site by the weekend. A few new instruments will be ready soon as well. Thanks for waiting.

Computer Problems

Computer is currently in a shop somewhere. No idea how long or how much to fix it. In the meantime, I'll be forced to make music on my iPad, which I hate doing. I did get some new earbuds recently, which should aid my iOS music motivation. They make Pet Sounds sound amazing, but i digress. Maybe it'll be good for me to actually try and put something together. I'm working on some Animoog presets that I'll share in the coming days. Should knock the dust off Samplr as well. We'll see, I'll probably just spend a week staring at the microwave.

Klipsch Image S4ii

I got a lovely pair of Klipsch Image S4 ear buds for Xmas from my mother. They sound great and are very comfortable. However, they developed a short near the jack which made them unusable. I sent an email to customer service along with a PDF of the receipt and they immediately put a replacement pair in the mail. They arrived today and they have actually sent me the newer version. It isn't often that I have nice things to say about customer service anywhere, so thanks so much to Klipsch for giving me absolutely top notch service all around. Your headphones are excellent and I have been recommending them to everyone for weeks.
